The repair is only completed if the handpiece meets the many performance test criteria; Bur retention, RPM, Temperature, Vibration, Noise, and Voltage/Current tests. We also warranty every repair that leaves our facility.

Our Repair Process:
Easy steps to send your handpieces for repair: 1) Click the link above, ” Start your repair now!”. 2) After completing the electronic Repair Request Form with your information and submitting it, 3) You immediately receive an email with a PDF USPS shipping label to print so that you can send the handpiece to us quickly and easily at no cost. 4) We will receive the handpiece and repair it. 5) Once repaired, we will return your handpiece at no shipping cost.
Repair Lead Times
A standard repair can be completed within 2-5 BUSINESS days, and lead time begins on the first full day we have your handpiece. If additional non-stock parts are needed, this could increase lead time, mainly if parts must be sourced from overseas.
Unrepairable handpiece
If the unit is unrepairable, we will gladly refund your repair fee.

Simple questions can be sent through eBay messenger. Any contact requiring a phone call and/or more in-depth conversation should be done after purchasing the service. This is because eBay will only allow us to give contact info once a purchase has been made. If you purchase our services, talk to us about your issue, and change your mind, we will gladly refund you the entire purchase.
Warranty Information
Our repairs are guaranteed for 6-month, and the warranty begins on the day we ship your unit back to you. We are very liberal with our policy. All handpieces are fully covered under our warranty for any defect in our process or premature failure. However, we do not cover abuse or inappropriate use of the repaired handpiece. We will pay for shipping the handpieces to us, and the return shipping will be at our expense too, and there will be no other charges. All customer handpieces are logged in our system with their model and serial number. We cannot honor your warranty if these numbers do not match upon return. Your handpiece internals parts will also be documented and marked before shipping back to you. If these markings are missing because of a part of the repaired handpiece being swapped or someone attempting repair, we cannot honor your warranty. Please do not open up or attempt to repair your handpiece; this will void the warranty. If your warranty claim is not accepted, you can either decide to get the handpiece repaired again or have it returned at your expense. All warranty claims MUST be shipped back to us for warranty evaluation.
